Dr. Patti joined Lanise Shortell, RN, CHPPN, CPLC on July 30, 2022 at 1 PM at FOCUS-GA, https://focus-ga.org, in a presentation entitled, "Misconceptions of Anticipatory Grief in Medically Complex Children". They reviewed avenues to build support within communities and offered strategies to foster resilience for parenting a child with complexities.

Dr. Patti delivered a presentation entitled, "A Cross-State Model of Cancer Survivorship between Specialists and Primary Care" at the West Virginia (WV) Academy of Family Medicine Annual Conference in Charleston, WV on April 7, 2022. She then hosted a panel discussion including members of the legislature, key stakeholders from primary care, and representatives from auxiliary support organizations such as West Virginia Kids Cancer Crusaders that provide resources to patients and providers. The presentation and panel discussion highlighted the role of telehealth as a new model of healthcare delivery in underserved and under-resourced areas.
