Services for Complex Kids
Dr. Patti offers telehealth services for pediatric patients who are medically fragile, are post-NICU, have chronic conditions, have genetic and metabolic disorders, or require hospice and palliative care. She provides consultations for symptom management, coordination of care, and advance care planning. She explores matters of importance to families and caregivers to create an experience that represents the highest dimension of quality of life in a uniquely personal way.
Survivors of Childhood, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancer
Dr. Patti provides telehealth services for survivors to receive evidence-based follow up from Children's Oncology Group to help them anticipate what lies ahead after therapy ends. In addition, pediatric patients on active treatment who face challenges of difficult to control symptoms or desire education about their disease may schedule an appointment by telehealth.
Graduate Medical Education
Dr. Patti is a member of the Graduate Medical Education faculty at WellStar to teach pediatric competencies to adult fellows in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She works with them clinically and in the classroom to explore the challenges of pediatric patients and their families who are navigating serious illness.
